About Me
I am a holistic practitioner with a deep and diverse background in mind-body-spirit healing, specializing in helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and grief—often the root causes of chronic conditions like autoimmune disorders, cancer, and IBS. My approach integrates ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience, and evidence-based practices to create a personalized path to healing and balance.
With extensive experience in movement therapy, I incorporate practices like yoga, Qi Gong, and somatic exercises to promote grounding, emotional regulation, and inner peace. My work is also deeply informed by my background in functional nutrition and functional medicine coaching, as well as my years as a registered nurse supporting cancer patients and individuals with autoimmune disorders.
In addition to my clinical expertise, I draw from ancient wisdom traditions, including Ayurveda, shamanism, and metaphysics. I am an ordained interfaith minister with specialized training in cultural diversity, ancient teachings, and world healing practices. My education spans both secular and non-secular realms, allowing me to honor each client’s unique spiritual and cultural beliefs.
I am greatly inspired by thought leaders such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, David Bayer, Louise Hay, Tara Brach, Deepak Chopra, and others who explore the intersection of neuroscience, spirituality, and personal transformation. These influences guide my work in helping clients rewire limiting beliefs, reframe negative thoughts, and create lives filled with peace, joy, and balance.
Whether you’re seeking healing for a physical condition, navigating emotional challenges, or exploring spiritual growth, my holistic approach offers a compassionate space for transformation. Together, we can unlock the tools and wisdom within you to create the life you truly desire.

Explore how our emotions have a profound impact on the body, influencing everything from hormone levels to immune system function. Stress, for example, can trigger the release of cortisol, leading to inflammation, high blood pressure, and even digestive issues. Conversely, positive emotions like joy and gratitude can promote relaxation, enhance cardiovascular health, and boost overall well-being. To counteract the negative effects of emotional stress, it’s essential to cultivate practices like mindfulness, regular physical activity, and social connections. These habits help regulate emotions, reduce stress, and support a healthier mind-body balance.

Imposter Syndrome is a psychological pattern where individuals doubt their accomplishments and fear being exposed as a fraud, despite evidence of their competence. It’s common among high achievers who struggle to internalize their successes and often attribute achievements to luck or external factors rather than their skills or hard work.
Who Experiences Imposter Syndrome?
It can affect anyone, but it’s particularly prevalent among professionals, students, perfectionists, and individuals in competitive fields. Women, minorities, and individuals from underrepresented groups often experience it due to systemic biases or societal expectations.
How to Recognize Imposter Syndrome
• Self-Doubt: Persistent feelings of not being “good enough” or deserving of success.
• Perfectionism: Setting unrealistically high standards and feeling inadequate when falling short.
• Attributing Success to External Factors: Believing achievements are due to luck, timing, or help from others.
• Fear of Exposure: Anxiety about being “found out” as incompetent or unqualified.
• Overworking: Overcompensating to prove worth, often leading to burnout.
Recognizing these signs is the first step toward overcoming Imposter Syndrome and fostering self-compassion.

What is Jungian Shadow Work?
Jungian shadow work is the process of exploring and integrating the unconscious aspects of ourselves that we suppress or deny, often referred to as the “shadow.” Coined by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, the shadow represents parts of our personality that we might find undesirable or unacceptable, such as hidden fears, shame, anger, or desires. By bringing these hidden aspects to light with compassion and awareness, we can transform them into strengths, deepen self-understanding, and achieve emotional balance.
The Importance of Shadow Work
1. Healing and Growth: Unaddressed shadows can manifest as inner conflicts, projection onto others, or recurring emotional pain. By confronting the shadow, individuals can heal unresolved wounds and break free from self-sabotaging patterns.
2. Self-Awareness: Shadow work enhances self-awareness by unveiling the unconscious drivers behind behavior, thoughts, and emotions, fostering greater authenticity and self-acceptance.
3. Improved Relationships: By owning and working through suppressed emotions, individuals can reduce projection, build empathy, and form healthier, more honest connections with others.
4. Spiritual and Psychological Integration: Integrating the shadow is essential for becoming a whole, authentic self, aligning with Jung’s concept of individuation—a journey toward realizing one’s fullest potential.
Who Benefits from Shadow Work?
While shadow work can benefit anyone seeking personal growth, it is particularly helpful for populations dealing with:
• Trauma Survivors: Helps uncover and process repressed pain and emotions.
• People Struggling with Identity or Purpose: Provides clarity and a sense of wholeness.
• Individuals Facing Anxiety or Depression: Addresses underlying fears, shame, or unresolved feelings.
• Professionals and Leaders: Promotes self-awareness and emotional intelligence, reducing unconscious biases and stress.
• Couples: Enhances relational understanding by identifying and addressing projections and triggers.
• Spiritual Seekers: Supports deeper spiritual connection by aligning the conscious and unconscious mind.
A Practice for Everyone
Jungian shadow work is not limited to any specific population—it is a transformative process for anyone willing to look inward and take responsibility for their emotional and psychological health. Through therapeutic tools like guided visualization, journaling, dream analysis, and psychotherapy, individuals can navigate their shadow with courage and self-compassion, emerging with greater self-awareness, freedom, and a profound sense of inner harmony.

A lack of confidence, low self-worth, and social anxiety often create an internal narrative of inadequacy. The belief that “I’m not good enough” becomes a limiting belief that not only affects emotional and mental well-being but also creates distress in the body. These negative thought patterns trigger the body’s stress response, flooding the system with cortisol and adrenaline. Over time, this chronic state of stress can contribute to a host of health issues, including digestive problems, fatigue, autoimmune conditions, and cardiovascular strain.
For example, feelings of social anxiety might lead someone to avoid relationships or career opportunities, reinforcing a cycle of isolation and self-doubt. This cycle fosters a sense of helplessness that weighs heavily on the mind and body, often manifesting in physical symptoms like tension headaches, muscle pain, or even metabolic disorders like type 2 diabetes.
In therapy, the journey to healing begins with understanding and dismantling these limiting beliefs. Imagine sitting in a peaceful, welcoming space with a therapist guiding you gently to recognize the root of your self-doubt. Through affirmations and mindfulness meditation, the therapist teaches you to challenge negative thoughts and replace them with self compassion and positive thoughts.

Sleep is the foundation of your well-being, deeply connected to your mind, body, and spirit. It is during sleep that your body enters a healing “rest-and-digest” mode, repairing cells, balancing hormones, and rejuvenating your nervous system. Without sufficient sleep, the mind becomes foggy, emotions spiral out of control, and the body struggles with inflammation, weakened immunity, and increased risk of chronic illnesses. Spiritually, lack of rest can disconnect you from your inner peace and clarity, leaving you feeling ungrounded. Prioritizing restorative sleep is essential for reducing stress, achieving emotional balance, and unlocking your true potential for vitality and inner harmony.
